Anti-Bite Spray prevents foals from biting tails and manes and stops nibbling on bandages and other items.

Additional information:

You can use Anti-Bite Spray when your horse’s tail and/or mane are being bitten or nibbled by a foal or another pasture mate. It gives the hair an unpleasant taste, hopefully deterring others from biting it. You can also use it on other surfaces animals chew on, such as fences or stall walls, as well as on blankets and bandages to prevent them from being pulled off.



In addition to Anti-Bite Spray, Sectolin also offers a handy paste for this: Anti-Bite Paste.

Spray tail and mane thoroughly 1 - 2 times per week. Repeat more often in case of rain. Use plastic gloves when applying or wash hands thoroughly immediately afterward.
